QX004N (Hansoh R&D code: HS-20137) is an interleukin-23 subunit p19 (“IL-23p19”) inhibitor being developed for the treatment of psoriasis (“Ps”) and Crohn’s disease (“CD”). IL-23p19 has emerged as a key target demonstrating superior efficacy in psoriasis patients with more severe symptoms or inadequate response to existing therapies.

In March 2025, Hansoh Pharma, a partner of Qyuns, presented Phase II clinical data for QX004N in a Late-Breaking Oral Presentation at the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) Annual Meeting. As of April 2026, the Phase III clinical trial of QX004N for psoriasis is currently underway.

In April 2024, Qyuns entered into an exclusive out-licensing agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "QX004N Agreement") with Hansoh (Shanghai) Healthtech Co., Ltd. (Hansoh) concerning the development, production, and commercialization of QX004N within the licensed territory. As of April 2026, Qyuns has received total payments of RMB 143 million from Hansoh Pharma pursuant to the agreement.
